How do you search for coffee?

Writer: Barking IronsBarking Irons

We love to travel, and in our travels we have come across some very incredible coffees, as well as some really cool ways to roast coffee! We love ingenuity, and when we see folks use the tools and knowledge they have to get the job done, it sometimes makes us gasp, but also applaud them for just loving coffee enough to make the effort to try and roast it on their own. To be honest they have probably been doing it that particular way for centuries!

One thing we love most about coffee is that its loved by the world! This is a commodity that will never go out of style or never become a fading fad! Coffee is well loved!

Not all farms get the love. There is some really sad situations out there, where real people are taken advantage of and even abused. Its the sad truth in certain parts of the world where money is more important than people, and the way of the government is not like the laws we are used to in our country that are there to protect us.

This brings me to my first question, "How do you search for Coffee?"

Do you look into where your coffee comes from? Have you asked if your roaster knows where the beans have come from? Which farm? How the folks are treated?

Our coffees come from farms that are well loved, and the lovely folks who work these farms are well looked after! This is so important to us! Our coffees are all organic, and we are so proud to sell a product that we can stand behind, knowing from farm to roasting, you are getting the very best coffee!
